I wrote a passage a while about about how my mother felt about Mexicans. My research was a bit incomplete but I was just writing out of rage. I am allowed to do that, right?

Perusing through the internet, I found a video done by a young lady, from somewhere in the Philippines. I’m very impressed that she has done this research at the tender age of 12. The video is about Mexican roots in the Philippines and how the two countries aided each other during Spanish Rule.
Like the old proverb says:
Ang hindi marunong tumingin sa pinanggalingan ay di makakarating sa paroroonan.
Peace and love to all that seek wisdom.

I never realized this…I’m not sure many others know this either. Interesting
Flag thisI don’t think a lot of people know this period. Especially since the United States made the Pinas a colony they took the liberty to change and abstract the history. In Latino history, that knowledge is taught in depth in schools.
