Pass The Quilt

I didn’t know an Indian (from India) growing up in San Diego, none in elementary, none in middle school, none in high school.  Then College came along, and there they were. Then here in work…here in America…Los Angeles…engineering company…our office is primarily Indians and Filipinos.  When I traveled, like Russell Peters says, Singapore, dubai, Filipinos and Indians.  Where ever employers use contract employment, you will find Filipinos and Indians side by side. 

What I don’t yet see if there are any cultural fusions?  Can curry and yogurt share a place with to soy sauce and vinegar?
