Pass The Quilt

As we memorialize the dead who have sacrificed for the USA, it’s also important to keep our promises to the living who have sacrificed for our freedom, both here and abroad.  It’s a long time coming for the Filipinos who fought alongside the Americans to get their due credit, and I’m proud to see their graciousness despite the time.  Some didn’t live to get the honor.  Thanks to our Armed Forces for your duty…and thanks to the Government for not forgetting.  Now, it is our duty as individuals to make sure generations don’t forget the sacrifice or take their current freedom and success for granted.
